POLICIES Foreign Work: For nail enhancements, I will not work on foreign product (acrylic). Please come with bare nails. This only applies to acrylic nail enhancements. Not Gel manicures Appointment Duration: As a new nail technician appointment times can vary anywhere between one and three hours depending on the service so please be sure to verify the expected time and be prepared to be there for the duration of the appointment. Punctuality: there is a 15 minute grace period. After that, the appointment will be canceled. I appreciate punctuality to ensure smooth operation of appointments. If you anticipate being late, please notify me as soon as possible. Arriving excessively late may result in a shortened appointment time to avoid inconvenience for other clients. Personal Hygiene: For the comfort of everyone, I ask that clients arrive with clean hands and feet for their appointments. Minors and Guests: Children and guests are welcome by appointment only. I kindly ask that clients not bring additional guests unless they are receiving services as well. Nursing Mamas, babies welcome. Electronic Devices: To maintain a tranquil atmosphere, we request that electronic devices be silenced or set to vibrate during your appointment. Health Considerations: If you have any health conditions, allergies, or concerns that may affect your service, please inform me before your appointment begins. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. Cash is preferred but I also accept Venmo and Zelle. Feedback: As a new nail technician learning and practicing my craft, your feedback is incredibly valuable to me. Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% of booked service will be charged to the card on file if your appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours or service appointment time.
